Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Returns are complimentary. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are made to your original payment method within five working days of your return reaching us.
How to return
Email hello@veline.online with your order number and the pieces you would like to return. We will reply with a prepaid label and collection options.
Exceptions
- Pierced earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
- Beauty and fragrance that has been opened or used.
- Fresh flowers.
