What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and the details of your purchase, including any gift card message. If you subscribe to our letter we store your email address and region.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, to send order and dispatch updates, to provide client care, and — only if you ask — to send our letter. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share only what is necessary with the providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting and database providers, and delivery carriers.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to hello@veline.online. Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
